@jackmjenkins I found out about it because https://flagsforgood.com sells state flags, and some are unofficial updated versions or pride variants.
The unofficial updated ones are I think generally to replace ones that have Confederate stuff in them or are the stupid "a seal on a blue blanket" thing. So I was looking at the unofficial Pennsylvania one (I'm from there) and this was also in the Pennsylvania section.
