Very pretty hibiscuses in the Broad Ripple park. Also, really nicely planted median on College in BR - various grasses and flowers have been there for 2 months now. Really great work by whatever body is responsible for upgrading the medians. I know these projects take years to be approved and set in motion. #indianapolis
