It continues to be the case that my #meshtastic nodes in Altadena can hear things from far away, but can't send anything into the greater LA mesh. my guess is some kind of repeater node in a high spot would help. I wonder if St Elizabeth on Lake would put a small solar node in their bell tower to promote community resilience in emergencies.
