"A core objective of Flowz is flexibility and graceful degradation. Even when connected to a server that supports only the minimal core C2S functionality, the client still delivers a reasonable user experience. Users can perform essential actions such as reading timelines and posting updates. However, where Flowz really shines is when it connects to servers that offer extended C2S capabilities."

"These may include implementations of community-driven Fediverse Enhancement Proposals (FEPs) or other extensions beyond the base protocol. In these cases, Flowz can deliver a feature-rich experience on par with, or exceeding, what current Mastodon-based clients offer, supporting richer media presentation, customizable feeds, and future functionality like general actor relationship management (not just Follow relationships)."

"This flexibility highlights the long-term promise of the C2S model: enabling powerful, user-centric applications in a decentralized social web."

@strypey The Flowz demo video doesn't load on my computer - does it for you?

Yes it does. Semi-educated guess, if any of your browser extensions block third-party JS, that might be stopping the embed from playing?

@strypey I disabled uBlock and firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection but it still didn't work. Didn't work on any other browsers on my computer. However, I opened it on my phone and it worked fine, so it's probably some missing media library or something my computer can't play.

Hmm. I wonder how the video embed is plumbed in. I'll ask Steve on SocialHub (can't find his social address right now).
