At work, when I test new systems and create accounts, I use names of fictional characters from books and tv. Recently, I used "Wolfman Jack" and my much younger team asked if that was a werewolf movie.

I had to explain Wolfman Jack was a DJ FROM THE 60s and 70s but he voiced an 80s Saturday morning cartoon called "Wolf Rock" where they showed music videos interspersed with a pretty bad scripted cartoon.

This is what we had for entertainment without cable.

The real entertainment was Reverend Ike. If you stayed up to listen to the Wolfman, you'll know what I'm talking about.
