in #Fedicat if you accidentally post to the wrong account you can delete the post, switch accounts, and resume the post to repost it

@fedicat this is awesome, should be the default in all multi account apps I have this issue all the time

@liaizon I originally put in resume post so you can continue editing if you get interrupted but I find it way more useful for this case!
