AFAIK you don't get features like task dependencies, task links, links to external sources that are not URLs, an advanced project management + GANTT export, PDF integration, image integration, task metadata for further use, a large set of integration with external tools like reference management, expense management, contact management, ...
Perhaps my assumptions on your requirements were wrong.

Here’s how it maps on my phone apps.
All are #selhosted. So if you want a better experience, you can look for client apps with IMAP and/or CalDAV support. For notes you can also use Joplin, which is free and will use WebDAV to write notes as documents in Nextcloud. Use all the DAVs. 😜
Once you have it as a foundation, you have choices what interface you use.
