This felt too valuable not to share. Braille-labeled maps of washrooms to help people find and use facilities in the washroom. Everyone deserves to get in, do their business, wash their hands, and get out in peace and safety.
This seems valuable for all public spaces.
A woman is standing outside a public toilet, holding a white cane and gesturing to signage on the wall which reads "Female Ambulant Toilet". She gestures to the braille sign below which includes a raised, braille labeled diagram of the interior of the washroom. She explains that the braille explains the legend of symbols for the diagram, and how such signage relieves what is often an anxious experience of exploring an unknown washroom without sight, in order to find and use the appropriate facilities.
