#RightToRepair in #Connecticut just passed in the House and Senate.

Applies to products first sold in Connecticut after July 1, 2026.

Manufacturers must make docs, parts, and tools available for at least 3-5 years after EoL.

However, this "right-to-repair" bill does NOT apply to equipment built for "non-road use". So, basically farm equipment. Which makes this a somewhat pointless right-to-repair bill.
