#Fractal power grid idea. We're almost there.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sS4rd1hpDnQ

National grid: #Nuclear, #Solar, #Hydro, Whatever all powers the national (and possibly international) power grid, distributed by major connections transferring power from where it's made to where it's needed.

City grid: Same thing, just on a smaller scale.

Community grid: Neighborhood battery systems regulate flow and prevent brownouts and blackouts during adverse conditions like heat waves, high winds, and cold snaps.

Home grid: Solar roof provides most power needs. Every major appliance has a battery, like a laptop, but with bidirectional inverters. In the unlikely event of an extended power outage, your stove could power your fridge, preventing food wastage.

The advantage of this fractal systems idea is that anyone's progress advances the whole. If your community doesn't do it, but your house does, your house helps your neighbors during brownouts.

Each added component has a local benefit (stove, fridge, washer keeps working) and a systems benefit (you earn money by selling power to the larger grid) where each added piece contributes to both overall power capacity as well as stabilization of the grid.

Finally, it aligns personal benefits with community needs. This keeps everyone's motivations aligned toward the benefit of all.

Completely unrelated to the above idea, I really need more than 500 characters for a decent post!
