That, however, is both red herring and ad hominem fallacy.
Arguments about copyright (or anything) should be able to stand on their own, regardless of WHO uttered them, or our human biases will lead us astray...
So, that video is good take on copyright issues (and completely nonmentioning of any gender issues) so I'd recommend people see it (regardless, or in spite, of their opinion on Nina's political or other stances that she may had later)
