Created after the 2008 financial crisis, the #FHFA is typically a low-profile regulatory office, but Pulte has launched a new hotline targeting mortgage fraud & made public criminal referrals against a series of #Trump foes including #NYAG #LetitiaJames, as well as #FederaReserve Board Governor #LisaCook & California Democratic Senator #AdamSchiff.

#Trump demanded on Saturday that his AG move quickly to prosecute figures he considers his enemies, the latest blow to the #DOJ’s tradition of independence.

“We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation & credibility,” Trump wrote in a social media post addressed to “Pam,” meaning US AG #PamBondi. “They impeached me twice, & indicted me (5 times!), OVER NOTHING. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!!”
