Ever since upgrading LibreOffice it feels far slower than Microsoft Word. Ugh. Who can I pay to have Someone code a text editor with text replacement capabilities or abbreviations, also the ability to just save in a Shun formatted Docx would be fantastic, with header information I enter before saving?
I know about Jarte and AutoHotkey, but AutoHotkey can't be used as a full time replacement. Too many typos, and Jarte is abandonware. At this point, I'm basically using LibreOffice and MS Word as overkill text editors. I believe text replacement is called abbreviations in text speak?
Like, if I type, addy, it should transform into,
FULL ADDRESS.
CITY, STATE, ZIP.
Or...
If I type, RK, it should transform into,
Robert Kingett.
Or if I type,
idy.
It should transform into,
I don't know why.
I use Windows 10.
