I’m back to using Tapestry by @Iconfactory again. I’d stopped using it for a while and found I’d missed it. It’s such a great way to follow content from all sorts of sources in a single timeline. Highly recommended!

There have been key feature releases in the development of #TapestryApp that make the app feel 100x more useful than before.
The addition of Crosstalk to reduce duplicate posts was one. Native boosts, bookmarks and favoriting was another.
The native thread viewing that @bigzaphod has added in Tapestry 1.4 falls in this category. It’s really wonderful, watch for it next week. 🤞

Iconfactory Tapestry 1.3 arrives on iOS 26 with stunning support for Liquid Glass, timeline treats like displaying Mastodon quoted posts and nicer polls, the ability to adjust font size within Tapestry and a native macOS app.
Your personal timeline app just got a whole lot better.

Been very busy writing new code for #TapestryApp today, but yay 1.3 has hit the App Store!
Lots of code changes in this one. Lots of glass and glass-adjacent things along with a sprinkle of macOS. (Release notes: https://usetapestry.com/history)
For backers who asked to be able to subscribe and help support us even more than they already have on Kickstarter (❤️), you can do that now in Settings > Manage Purchase. (Obviously no one has to - only do it if you've got the funds and *really* want to!)

I like the concept of personally curated account collections from @surf, @Iconfactory Tapestry and @newsmast Channels.
Surf app has a fun interface and some excellent filtering tools.
Channels lets you stay in your comfy app of choice and get boosted posts in your existing timeline.
Tapestry has an enjoyable interface, and extremely customizable. A bit of a different beast - you build your own timelines, from just about any feed you can imagine!
We hope you'll check them and what they are offering out. You never know what you may find!
