it's actually not okay the extremes it takes for some folks to leave Twitter. O_o
and still, some people (who don't personally agree with the many issues) just *still* linger on there casually, seemingly immovable.
Like, anti-consumer, monolithic, data-harvesty platforms that you submit misused personal info to. That should be bad enough, but instead, the effective standard we have as a global community is wayyy too low.

It is a difficult life to live and it's hardly voluntary. I hope, however, that you can bear up under the burden until a time comes, when no one will have to carry it.
For now, try to live with pride.

This is so sad & it proves the right wing “we’re ok with immigrants if they do it legally!” is a huge lie. Like always, they move the goalposts to accommodate their bigotry.
They’re pausing naturalization proceedings. After those people did everything the right way.
