Been awake since 8,15 but am still in bed because executive dysfunction is strong today. I need a shower (but the bathroom is cold) and I'm hungry (but the kitchen is downstairs) and I want to play a game (but the pc is also downstairs) so perhaps I'll just lie here and have another little read of my phone instead...

Migraine pro-tip for iOS users: in Settings > Accessibility and under the “General” heading at the bottom, you can set the triple tap of your power button to reduce the white point of your screen. This dramatically drops the brightness of your screen. 👍🏼 #migraine

Hey, if anyone with #epilepsy #migraine or other photosensitivity problems play #FFXIV #ff14 & need help protecting themselves from the excessive VFX of the bosses, esp in #DawnTrail I've made presets for the #Dalamud plugin #EasyEyes

It does not remove all VFX, but anything full screen & flashy, strobing, or cumulative problematic effects, is definitely gone. I'm gonna work backwards into other expacs as well
