my friend has been trying to teach me toki pona, and I'm interested in learning it, but it's so hard when so few speak it. I'd really like more chances to use it and learn, is there anyone else who knows it or is learning and would be willing to teach me and/or have a conversation?

For the #beloveduniverse, I invented an entire language. lol I've always enjoyed #conlangs so it was quite fun. Though it does slow me down when I want to do a sentence, realize I don't have the words, gotta design the words, and then start #writing again. lol #writingcommunity #indieauthor #iamwriting

Folded poster, following the layout and system of The Annex of Universal Languages, Hildegard von Bingen Lingua Ignota, The Evolution of Emoji into a Language and The Utopian Quest for a Pasigraphy

20 examples of writing systems that have been dreamed by their creators. Each of them is introduced by a short dream-narrative written by Tim Brookes and show some samples of the letters or signs in Pantone gold.

For the poste side, I made illustrations for each of the stories, depicting the dream-scenario. Since the available material was extremely different or non existent, this seemed the best way to make a coherent visualisation for each writing system.
