Head's up Santa Barbara, Ventura County - ICBM launch sometime tonight out of Vandenberg. (not loaded with a nuke... hopefully).
Sometime between 11pm and 5am. I won't be awake. Take pictures/video!
Wonder if this will be more visible from Arizona than the fog of SoCal. 🤔

Rainfall forecast of 2.92 inches at Pine Mountain Club
Ventura County: RAIN EVENT 10/13/25-10/15/25
Last Updated: October 12, 2025 @ 4:43 PM
The National Weather Service is forecasting a strong winter-like storm system moving through the area from late Monday through Wednesday. Most of the rainfall is expected between Monday night and Tuesday afternoon, with the heaviest rain likely between 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, producing rates up to 0.5 inches per hour.
There is a light chance of thunderstorms across the region. For official information regarding debris flow hazards and the Mountain Fire Debris Flow Thresholds, please click here.
Ventura County is upstaffing fire crews for rain on Monday/Tues/Wednesday in case of flash flooding. I blame this on my removal of my vinyl rain gutters two weekends ago. #rain #CAwx #flooding #VenturaCounty
