Paperstack is basically Goodreads for academic papers. Import from Zotero, sort by stack and tag, achieve calm.

that whooshing sound you just heard was me upgrading #Zotero to their new version, 8.0.

Unfortunately, I've run into a bug involving Zotero's PDF reader and now I can hardly get anything done! But I did report it like a good human. I'm sure they will fix it. But I don't recommend upgrading just yet if you're on Linux.

Rebooted #Zotero and was surprised to discover it updated to Zotero 8. Really excited about some of these new features:
- annotations available in library view - and searchable!
- notes as their own tabs vs a detached window
- now has ARM Linux support, which might interest some of you on Apple hardware

I am using Zotero as a reference management software. In my manuscript I have references like this [1], [2], [3] etc. Where do I find setting to connect the reference numbers into this style [1-3]? I am using Microsoft Word.

Having stumbled on @zotero I'm hoping it's applicable to my style of research, which is just bookmarks ATM but could do with things like categories, notes and highlighting.

Unfortunately I will have to use Firefox or LibreFox if I want to use their "connectors" but I will try the "save" page too (as I mostly use #BraveBrowser these days).
