Metal Man is bad.
It's an Asylum Mockbuster of Iron Man.
I talked at length earlier today about how any movie you enjoy isn't a Bad Movie.
Metal Man is a Bad Movie that has a few moments in it that redeem it.
But it's a bad movie.

I *adored* this movie as a child.
It's just a ninja turtles rip off with kangaroos and magic.
It's not as good as that makes it sound, but better than the reviwers would have you believe.
There were also toys. The toys are also good.
White Dwarf:

In a distant future New York, medical student Driscoll Rampart accomplishes his internship at Rusta, a rural planet that doesn't revolve around its axis and therefore is divided into contrasting halves of eternal day vs. eternal night. One is a Victorian-styled colony, the other a medieval kingdom. Both leave Rampart in a state of constant wonder, as he finds his way among humans and aliens, strange dreams and even stranger reality, a dark keep and a red sea, and more universal matters of war and peace, good and bad, love and hate and sickness and health.

White Dwarf was a TV pilot. I don't know where I ended up with my copy, I can't recall if we taped it off TV or if had a home release.
I really barely remember it, but I remember really loving it.
