@evan I've been inside a spa, but I haven't had an actual spa treatment before. Either way, it was over a year ago.

@evan we saw the Assembley Rooms above the Roman Baths when we took the tour in Bath, before tea&buns by the crescent. I guess that's 40ish years ago?
@evan Sauna/spa at least once a month. More in winter.
