I gave myself a goal for today of getting CI/CD set up in @Codeberg for one of my simpler projects. They approved my application for CI access yesterday, so I should be set.
Reading their docs, the primary CI is Woodpecker, which is being authored by Claude.
Their newer integrated CI system, available "in open alpha," is based on nektos/act, which is also being authored by Claude.
Anybody have CI recommendations? Or know what's going on at Codeberg? 
@happyborg I would hope at a minimum they'll disclose the AI usage in their docs (even though it wasn't their choice.) Then, provided availability of resources to do so, make a pre-slop fork and document this, or integrate a different CI platform, or write their own. I know those are not insignificant projects.
For my own part, I have the skills to implement my own CI, but was not hoping I'd have to do so, in the short term anyway.

we did do a pre-slop fork. the woodpecker version displayed on ci.codeberg.org's header is 3.17.0 which is end-of-life. the last commit in the repo https://codeberg.org/Codeberg-CI/woodpecker is 6 months ago.

we're half a dozen people running all of this. come contribute.
@ryanprior They're almost all volunteers, running Codeberg is a lot of work and I'm sure they have a lot to do just to keep it running. I'd say it would be helpful, not a minimum. After all, what tools each of us use are up to us to understand the pros and cons of.
It was good IMO they said No AI projects are allowed. They could go further of course. We all can.
Maybe you could contact them and offer to help.

@ryanprior @Codeberg Best ask them. They're ethical folk, but like the rest of us we can't all instantly swap out things as soon as they start using #GenAI.
What do you suggest they do in those cases, where hundreds of projects have set up CI using the tools before any of this happened? I did so a couple of years ago myself, and only now was I made aware that Woodpecker are doing this which is a bummer cos it was a lot of work. However those projects are dead now due to others adopting AI. 🤦
