@heidilifeldman I really feel universities shouldn’t be handling what are otherwise criminal cases.
@heidilifeldman There was IQ² debate about campus rape jurisdiction. Going into it I was 100% for criminal courts and after I was still for that option. But the debaters made some good points about the speed at which campus authorities could act. Ex: separating the principals in housing and classes.

@heidilifeldman according to the RAINN (rape abuse invest national network), out of 1,000 cases, only 25 will see any prison time. College rates are even lower than that 2.5%.
