In trying to figure out what something is that I've photographed on the southern approach to the San Francisco airport, I noticed this. I really doubt a plane was sinking when this image was taken, so am guessing this is a really bad joke.

@CStamp Those are the piers holding the landing lights in the Bay on approach. They’re sequenced red lights aligned with the centerline of the runway.
The other image is probably a ghost image of a plane overflying the airport that crossed two adjacent satellite photographs, so appears cut off.
