@davidgerard Any chance this is going to court? Judges generally tend to not like being fucked around with, and normally force majeure is meant to mean something completely unforeseeable -- not *the* most foreseeable thing on the planet. The complainant might even pull out a bit of historical pivot-to-ai reporting for evidence ;)
