Does "No Android" imply that you don't have an Android phone or that, as an Android phone user, you don't install apps from Google Play store?

In that case I'm missing the "I circumvent the Play store (Aurora etc.)" option, as I have a lot of apps that come from the Play store but not installed with their app.
