Hello Mastodon and TGIF! The weekend at last. I had work in the country then I came home to a 50 lb box of ground lamb for Baloo on my porch and I needed to get it to the garage where the dog food freezer is located. The garage is about as far from the porch as you can get and still be on my property. It was also a million degrees and humid like a steam room in hell. So It took a lot of effort. I would have used a lot of swears but I couldn't summon the breath to say anything and my hands were full of box so no signing, either. Anyway it was long and exhausting but I did get the meat in the freezer and then I went inside, drank a bunch of water, did a breathing treatment and then took a nap. I'm up now and a friend is over at my house attending a remote learning class at my kitchen table. Callisto and her dog Pippin and I were outside playing ball just now. In about an hour or so phoenix and I and our friend are going to Deaf chat coffee. We've been discussing the Atlanta road trip and we've decided it's cheaper to take the train and just uber where we want to go. So our tentative plan is leave 8 October for Atlanta, go to Rocky Horror on the 9th, have the 10th to fuck around and do whatever, then back on the 11th. Since it's the train that we're doing I'm bringing Phoenix because there is not a force on earth that could compel me to try and convince Callisto the curly whirlwind to sleep on a train for 12 hours. Lol.
