Well, I've got Wraithguard, I've got Sunder, I've got Keening, and I've done all of the faction quests on Vvardenfell that are available and of interest to me.
I guess it's time to stab Dagoth Ur into the heart.

Of course! I was getting the Cult of Gulan confused with the Dark Brotherhood in the Elder Scroll games mixed up.
Update: I did, in fact, stab him in the heart.
He did not see that coming.
Well, I suppose next I should check up where all those Dark Brotherhood attacks are coming from...
