Pancakes for dinner?
Update: both girls had 4 pancakes each. I only got 2…
Apparently everyone uses a different recipe, so here’s mine. It’s easy to remember, just 1 of everything:
1 egg
1 cup milk (or substitute)
1 cup self-raising flour
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Adjust using milk or flour to get the consistency you need.
Makes about 6 medium-sized pancakes.
@jpm you could make more?
@bencourtice I already made a double-batch
@jpm @bencourtice Feeding a 9 and 11 year old. 250g flour and four eggs makes just about enough.
@otte_homan *nods* Mastodon is good at counting
@jpm yeah, sure, but I just don't get this one. Here's 👇 another one, which seems to make sense. 5 Votes in, 20% for one option (that'll be one vote) and 80% for another (4 votes) and none for the other two options (zero votes).
But how do you distribute 11 votes and get 40% and 70%? Sure, 4 votes and 7 votes, but that would be, if correct, 36.4% and 63.6%? Why'd they divide by 10 and not by 11 ? Weird.
@jpm proper ones with lemon and sugar?
