@psychoalpastor @neonsnake @JenYetAgain @waitworry @ciggysmokebringer @julieofthespirits @_L1vY_ I'm surprised how cheap a frozen package of crawdad meat is, considering how labor-intensive it is to get it out of the shells.
For Labor Day I'm simmering turkey brats in a quart of Heineken and grilling them, and putting them in buns with sauteed onions and bell peppers. I'll save the liquid as a base to boil potatoes in for zuppa toscana. Also found a place that carries 6-packs of Stiegl grapefruit radler, which is the best hot weather thirst quencher I know of.
