Only recently got round to starting watching Dark Matter as I was wary of a drawn-out impostor-life-swap thing. Yes, it’s got all the stuff you expect from the premise, but also fun weirdness & characters trying to think their way through things, much better than I expected so far
At this point, if you’ve never had AppleTV and are into sci-fi there’s a ridiculous backlog there to gorge yourself on sometime
@mattround I loved Silo, Severance, and Dark Matter, was mixed on Foundation and Murderbot. Anything good I'm missing?
@andybaio Yeah Murderbot didn’t quite work for me, something’s off with the tone
There’s Pluribus, For All Mankind (often a bit daft but at its best it’s great), Star City (FAM spinoff that’s really a bleak Soviet espionage drama)
It’s a spoiler to mention Sugar in this context but what the hell (shouldn’t work but Farrell somehow holds it together & improves in S2)
For All Mankind is really good, it's a bit slow to start but it's some great highs.
