Here's the thing these billionaire masters of the universe who seem to print money and always have more for every insane nazi idea they have never mention - all of this is built on the cheap credit fallout of the 2008 financial crisis and artificially low interest rates. To some degree, these rich maggots have been borrowing the money they buy your world with.
There are right now, a ton, a metric fuckton actually, of businesses in America including VERY LARGE businesses, whose profitability is based entirely on access to hot cheap money - low interest rates. For example, most budget and mid-market airlines. Furthermore this entire tech boom? Fueled by hot cheap money.
I can't remember which one of these muppets said it, I feel like it was either Thiel or Epstein, but one of them said the rich should demand NEGATIVE interest rates.
Post pandemic, and even a little bit before, the faux miracle the Western economies worked by artificially suppressing interest rates started to come undone - not fully yet, but this is why Trump is so obsessed with interest rates and so are all his Nazi billionaire masters
This whole trick doesn't work unless the state rigs the market for borrowers so rich people can spend publicly guaranteed loan money to play the stock market casino. It's vital. Enough to make Trump threaten the globe for it

The US has been artificially suppressing interest rates to fuel the "crash recovery" and that never stopped, only slackening in like 2019 or whatever
Well? Trump and the rich guys want that back. And better deals than "bailout recovery" interest rates pegged at a fraction of what they should be. They want all the hot cheap money in the world to keep inflating the bubbles they're cleaning your pension funds out with, buying your governments, and building out authoritarian police states to put the boot on your neck.
A bunch of them literally wouldn't even be rich without it. That's why Trump was obsessed with Powell.
