whenever I learn anything about british civics I always think to myself "this is definitely a democracy, to me. not having a written constitution is awesome and the way this country is run is great"

@RussellsBarbershopQuartet (There are, you know, other reasons why Israel is [SOMEWHAT FLAWED] as to its quality as a democracy, but this is also there and will hopefully be something legal historians can pull up as a "some country actually did that once" factoid that you can in some contexts take more than a single breath before qualifying it with its immediate impact on the by-that-future-time-no-longer-ongoing genocide & occupation that weird legal configuration is built with & directly relevant to.)
