Wait does nobody make ~200pF voltage controlled capacitors any more? Everything from muRata seems to be NRND.

@petrillic I think @gsuberland was playing around with making MOSFETs do that?
@jpm @petrillic yup. as long as the voltage stays below Vgs(th) you can modulate Qg and thus Cgs by adjusting Vds.
