Bloody fucking hell. I switched NSoE to tangle with pgpgpg instead of Emacs to avoid the problem with the org package's older version disappearing from ELPA, but now iocaine fails to compile because oxc_minifier-0.95.0 is throwing 403s.

Looks like everything is 403, from all hosts I've tried.
Nothing on status.crates.io, and I'm not hitting rate limits (that wouldn't be a 403).
Oh. It is some kind of rate limit. Changing the user agent helps. Now to figure out why my nix is getting blocked.
I can allegedly change the user agent via fetchUrl.curlOpts, but... this is deep, deep within nixpkgs.
