@neil trying to convince thing 1 that now we have finished redoing his room, the landing is no longer an acceptable storage place for his junk, and it needs to return to where it belongs. This might require disconnecting the internet and jamming all phone signals.

@neil I was to be getting a Tesco delivery, but it seems my local Tesco had a power cut over night and now I have nothing coming.

@neil Probably not; mostly driving home from a visit to sister in law and friends, hopefully for us against the traffic as we’re off back to the south west.
That said, if the traffic isn’t too bad I may well divert for some site-seeing as the weather is much improved today (for the non-Uk people that just means it isn’t raining).

I shall be sitting in a car getting home from folks, likely alongside many other people on their way home.

I have been feeling for all those people who engaged in the traditional British bank holiday activity of camping, with the torrential rain we've had. Lots of soggy camp gear on its way home this week.
