Can you give more details? A screenshot showing the detection, and which APK is affected (F-Droid or Google Play)?

The APK is 3.43.1 from F-Droid.

I installed Malwarebytes and the scan is clean, even with several downloaded APKs. This looks like a false positive, possibly already fixed in a database update.
@apps Thanks. I had just done a database update before Malwarebytes reported the threat. I'll recheck.
