Woke up with the realization that the reason why some people on reddit were whining about their clausson pickles, and why I can't get them in Redmond anymore, is because they all must be ordering delivery groceries.
The good pickles can never be allowed to warm up, which makes them unsuitable for delivery.
People whined too much about sub-par pickles, and now Safeway isn't carrying them at all.
@zompus the shelf-stable pickle selection is huge, I'm in pickle hell.
@pencilears @zompus I haven't found Claussen pickles in Canada yet either. They're the only ones I actually like.
@WizardOfDocs @zompus apparently Fred Myer should still be carrying them??
I don't know what the situation is up north, I know most of the little trips down to buy American groceries have stopped because trump is trying to destroy NAFTA.
