@Vivaldi I used to use them all the time when I used a mouse primarily. I found that they don't translate well to modern trackpads, but I'm glad they still exist for the infrequent times when I am using a mouse.

I could describe the ergonomics as:
- very useful when using a mouse because one hand is definitely off the keyboard
- less useful for a laptop trackpad because two hands are required, and the hands are presumably near the keyboard; a chorded key command is faster and easier.

@Vivaldi mouse gestures are such a pain when workign with a touchpad. i always make sure they're disabled so I don't accidentally move to another page while reading/scrolling.

@Vivaldi You should have had an option of "what the heck is a mouse gesture"?

@Vivaldi I (try to) use mouse gestures in other browsers and even file managers (Explorer) from time to time. Also I sometimes reload the whole page instead of using refresh for a part of the website (for example a diagram with sensor data) out of habbit.
