We haven't been posting very much here, but hope to do this again more regularly.
If you don't know, #ActivityPub -- the open protocol that lets you see this very post -- is a standard created under the auspices of the #w3c, the World-Wide-Web Consortium. This is the account of the Social Web Community Group in the W3C, which incubates additions and improvements to ActivityPub and related standards.
And lots of interesting things related to #ActivityPub are being incubated right now. Check out the meeting calendar at https://www.w3.org/groups/cg/socialcg/calendar/ , some of the resources and links we are collecting at https://activitypub.rocks, and activity on https://github.com/swicg.
Later today, we will be hosting a Social Web Community Group member orientation meeting if you are interested in ongoing standardization work related to #ActivityPub.
Bring your questions, if you are a new member of the community group, are considering joining, or are just curious what's going on with ActivityPub.
