i do have a working theory that what i hate isn't ai but instead the fact that there are no software companies left not run by incurious dolts who have no idea how software works and could care less

the ai being pushed into everything is an effect of the money people having no clue how value is created and not the cause (yet)

everywhere is Boeing now. accounting and sales took over and the engineering has no place at the table in companies ostensibly providing engineering solutions
