OK wow so looks like this apartment complex is literally allowing people with serious mental problems in the place, and I' talking people who have a tendency to behave in a disruptive way, I just witnessed one person in the reception area being disruptive, banging something, and previously this guy upset another resident. I'm sorry but this is not a mental asylum, and its certainly not that god forsaken care home called Kinloss! Good god! I've lived here for nearly 4 years, but I'm starting to question things, and I'm gonna put in a complaint not just about this, but there's other things they should be doing but don't, and now this just adds to it.
