@jpm Oh that’s a thing there too? My constitutionalist coworker has (or had?) one of those on a suburban. I don’t know how long that stuff lasts so maybe not anymore.
@CuriosityBlue oh yes it’s absolutely a thing. Especially the red ensign maritime flag of Australia.
@CuriosityBlue and there was also the case of Desi Freeman a few months ago. He shot and killed 2 cops who came to “talk” to him, then went into hiding for 6 months while just about every police officer in Victoria was out looking for him. Cops eventually found him, and he ended up dead by cops shooting him.
@jpm I fucken hate sovcits both for making me want to barrack for the cops (gross) *and* for making it seem unreasonable when a person stopped by the cops asserts rights that they actually do have.
But also how many of them have fucked people up by asserting we have rights that we don't (particularly in Aus), which leads to folks getting themselves in trouble needlessly.
