Detect whether an ad blocker is installed and active. If not, load clippy.js and have it explain the virtues of ad blocking.

@ryanc There's this lovely Wordpress plugin by @stefan https://stefanbohacek.com/project/detect-missing-adblocker-wordpress-plugin/, but it really is as easy as a simple div with a lot of unsavoury classes.
