@czarbucks Hope they're not the burny bites...those can be so painful. And, of course, hope they're not disease carriers. Ugh! My fav current spray is a lavender-based insect repellant spray...works really well, but have to reapply if/when sweating...smells good though. Hope gentle winds come to carry yours away soon!
These are not the serious fire ants, no, thank god.
I feel ya, more or less literally. At least I think some of mine are ant bites. Worse itching, but you don’t read about ant-borne illness…
@JMMaok @czarbucks I hate itching more than moderate pain. I have to try a modern invention: heat a spoon to 50-53 Celsius and apply it for a few seconds. That destroys the proteins causing the itching . You can even buy a small pen like device doing that.
