"CDC, FDA, and public health officials in several states are investigating a multistate outbreak of Cyclospora infections linked to shredded iceberg lettuce served at Taco Bell locations in 5 states.

Do not eat shredded iceberg lettuce from Taco Bell locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.

CDC is also investigating other outbreaks and illnesses of cyclosporiasis nationally that are unrelated to this outbreak.

Because the #Trump admin and the #CDC don't want to admit what the core of the problem is:

industrial-scale food production on factory-scale farms, all sending such a vast volume of food product into factory-scale food processing plants that quality control of any sort is impossible

Farm it, ship it, package it for retail-wholesale, ship it out to the retail food industry as fast as possible

Deal with repercussions only after evading discovery for as long as possible

Yes. Also, that terrorizing and removing immigrant workers in agriculture and food processing is a bad idea. They do important work.
