OK so I have managed to make a new NVDA addon for DECTalk that works with NVDA 2026.1+ and hopefully preserves compatibility with older NVDA versions.

@carrottop1023 No problem, I noticed no one else was bothering, so I thought OK since people like DECTalk, I might as well give it a shot and make it work with NVDA 2026 and with a lot of tries, I got it to work, yay!

@Lino0876 Yup, that's a known issue, I'm waiting until tomorrow evening and if there's no more bugs that people have I'm gonna fix the ones that are known, e.g. Inflection.
@alexchapman Shortened pauses is a bit better than the older version.
