@andypiper Hi Andy! I believe I have seen you set up fediwalls for events before. I would like to set one up for the upcoming #Wikimania conference. Do you have any tips or pointers?
@ainali my usual strategy has been to use a hidden GitHub gist to configure it. You can initially create one by exporting the json from fediwall settings, put that on gist, and then load fediwall with the raw json URL tagged on the end. Limit the number of instances and hashtags you target; remove any servers that throw errors / need auth'ed API. Point a URL shortener at your configured URL (fediwall + json url)
