@Gina Looks like a farmer who is trying to sell the land for residential development. I would expect someone buying the plot to put 1 or more "normal" size houses there.
There's better value to be had around Bijlmer.
@Gina Is that even legally a permanent house (where you can live for the whole year) or a vacation house (where you're not permitted to live more than a few weeks consecutively)?
@mrotteveel I'm guessing that anyone buying that garden shed will bulldoze it and put an actual villa on top, so it's just the land you're paying for.
