Still constantly taken aback by how few app creators have a press kit, and with those that do how many of them insist on putting screenshots in image frames. I know some sites can and do use those, but they are unusable for print and also websites with very specific style guides. :/
Kudos to those devs who do put up a press kit and provide regularly updated unframed images of your apps – you are the best.
@craiggrannell I remember you once replied very kindly to an email about a @zenitizer update and pointed this out to me - I’ve made sure to include unframed screenshots in press kits and press releases ever since 😁
Really appreciated you sharing this with me at the time - it makes so much sense but somehow hadn’t occurred to me before ☺️

@craiggrannell Have you ever written a "best practices" thing? Might be a good idea to have something we can all learn from.
I mean, I try my best, but I'm never really sure what's good to add to such a bundle.
(Having said that, haven't released a "proper" game in about a decade!!!)
@Jayenkai Yeah, I’ve written some of these over the years. Maybe I’ll do another over the summer, if I get time, updating it for the current state of play.
